Benefits were pretty good and ample time off, 3 weeks vacation to start.

Cons

Too many good, hardworking employees leave. Unfortunate, they could have gone far in the company had they just been treated fairly. Witnessed a lot of backstabbing, managers seem to look out for themselves, not their direct reports.
