Pros
Younger staff members in our team which I really get along well with. It's sad though, a lot don't return but new employees get hired and you get to make new friends again.
Cons
This job's ridiculously stressful and it doesn't pay well! It pays for your services, but the stress you get from the job surpasses it all! Dealing with all the people was already overwhelming, add to it those fussy, demanding, and rude ones make this job so stressful! But that's not even half of what we experience here! Working with a horrible supervisor and control freak manager make your day even worse! Just imagine working with all that everyday! I felt so exhausted I don't want to get up for work the net day!! You'll understand why the company has a very high turnover rate. A lot of employees have gone awol and don't come back!
