      Most people were nice. Benefits are above par.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic people making it worse for others. Unethical behavior relating to Covid. Just something I wish I knew before joining.

      Pros

      If you don't like working in a family atmosphere where each employee brings passion for the product, then this isn't the place for you. Each employee brings their expertise from the law enforcement and technology world to create a product that emotes a sense of pride. If you are just looking for a "job" then look elsewhere.

      Cons

      The only downside is caused by COVID-19 and not being able to work physically in an office with this great group of people.

      Pros

      RollKall has a purpose. A clear mission and vision on where it will be in the future. The leadership team is top notch and the environment feels like family. One of the best start-ups that has the potential to change an industry. Ever heard of Uber, AirBnB, Facebook? What a great opportunity to take this amazing Journey.

      Cons

      Coffee is ok, and they could use an expresso machine.
