Cons
Managing director spends more time talking and posting about his electric vehicle on LinkedIn than he does actually support the staff and or be present. He is a keyboard warrior and nitpicks over smallest of things making you feel inadequate. Learning and development in the business is seriously lacking. No proper structure, processes all over the place, unprofessional management, no support for new starters, or proper training. No HR department and badly organised with archaic systems.
