      Pros

      Working at Romer Debbas has been a great experience so far. The volume is high, but the leadership recognizes hard work and works to constantly communicate with team members to ensure everyone is ok. Team work is important at the firm and the environment is collegial. If you want to learn a lot and and grow in your profession, this is the place to work.

      No cons really, but expect to hit the ground running as a new hire!
