Great Company Branding With Shocking Management

Pros

- Good company overall package (medical & dental coverage) - Good place to be in if you like to follow instructions and say YES to everything

Cons

- Immature Incapable and Insecure management - Several staff resigned or even fired due to direct conflict with management - Management conducts frequent 'gossip sessions' that discusses critically about other colleagues in shocking abusive tones. Highly skilful in creating a false illusion of intimacy with the recipient staff through gossiping, whom all thinks they are part of the privilege group. Creates a toxic rivalry amongst the recipients in fight for survival - Management is immature and incapable. Yet extremely verbally abusive to staff whom does not join the 'privilege' group - HR makes no effort to resolve as everything is swept under the rug

Dear former colleague, Thank you for taking your time to evaluate your employment with Romer Labs in Union (MO). Referring to your 'Advice to the Management' it seems that you were here as a temporary employed colleague. We keep our staffing levels to meet business needs, therefore when the busy season is over, we must release our temporary employees. Please be assured that we do value your contribution to our business. Best regards Kathy HR-Director Romer Labs

Pros

I just joined the Romer Labs group in North America and so far it's been a great experience. The people have been great and it seems like the group is preparing for solid, sustained growth over the next few years. I'm excited at the opportunity of being part of a growing organization.

Cons

The people make due with the resources they have around them, but the organization could invest in better facilities to establish themselves as a growing industry leader. This would also help attract and retain the best talent.
