Pros

There were maybe 4 or 5 good people who I could lean on for support. None of them were in positions of power or management.

Cons

I was sexually harassed, when I told management they were dismissive and tried to cover their tracks. I was disrespected by management on a regular basis based on my age and gender. Employees frequently spoke inappropriately (ie, rape, sexual orientation, etc) about people that made me uncomfortable in the workplace. Everyone was overworked, underpaid, disrespectful and demanding in ways that were inappropriate for both my job description and my time.

Pros

Good hours, work with you to get days off, work around cool cars and meet some cool people from time to time.

Cons

Don't get to experience any of the nice cars to learn how they drive and perform, can't sell certain vehicles without splitting the deal, you have more managers than sales people, the oldest Ferrari store can't appraise a Ferrari, advertising budget is small for up and coming marketing trends so are not marketing leaders, have broken or cars with a story on the front line that don't represent the oldest Ferrari store in the nation, but rather a used car superstore.

Pros

Decent work environment, clean newer store. Training was average and not frequent. Management received a company car. Health benefits were also decent. income ok but not competive for the industry.

Cons

Long ten hour days with downtime but no actual breaks. Little communication with upper management to voice concerns. No company fun or outings to build team comraderie.
