Pros

Laid Back Environment No Dress Code Can call out last minute Consistent hours

Cons

Minimal to no raises or promotions. Limited higher up positions. Management is based off the personal choice of the CEO rather than employees with years of experience and knowledge. PTO and Vacation are under the same umbrella and takes years to earn enough. Structure of the environment has declined and general rules are no longer being enforced.
