      Pros

      Remote. Everybody works at lightning speed. There's not an hour when nobody's online in each department. 24/7 operations. People are smart and compassionate. You can feel that everybody in the company wants nothing but success for Roobet.

      Salary is good, but it could be better.

      Co-workers are great. UK Benefits have improved a lot recently.

      Cons

      Management and leadership - strangest and weirdest place I have ever worked. Leadership hide themselves from the company. God forbid you try to message them without consent from your line manager. Finance department is run through fear tactics and anyone who makes a mistake is punished without thought. Clique environment. They demand work to be done at lightning speed (not a bad thing) but when it comes to people’s careers and decisions that directly impact people they take forever to do anything and drag you along
