I was hoping I can avoid this but this company left me no choice.. I’m a former employee, I wouldn’t call myself disgruntled since I wasn’t there that long, but I’m pissed at how I been treated since I left so I’m here to warn all potential customers to avoid them like the plague. They train employees to NEVER admit the issue was on our end due to liability lawsuits, if you call about one issue(let’s say 4 shingles are broken), then their techs will squeeze out every dollar as they can, looking for more. I worked there for a short time, and because I quit, they kept my only 2 checks….I made a mistake and damaged someone’s roof(maybe it was I had 0 experience, stressed that to the owner, he said I’ll be fine, but day 1 they had me climbing 2 stories roofs that had seasoned employees frightened), before I quit there was no mention of me paying that back. When I quit, not only did NO ONE respond to me, but you’re gonna keep 2 weeks worth of checks because of 1 hole in a roof? That foot sized hole does not cost $600……so i risked my life for 6 days for free? It’s cool, keep the money, I moved on to bigger and better things!
