      Pros

      - Did extremely meaningful work and throughly enjoyed working there - Great work environment, very friendly and encouraging coworkers - Opportunities to work with top senior management - Great startup, great ideas, a lot of innovation. The company has huge potential - Learned a great deal from colleagues - Very good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      - As a startup, there are some menial tasks that must be done. However all start-ups share this problem so it is not as much of a con as it is a disadvantage of working for a startup.

      Pros

      It's my dream job to be honest. I think that it has - a startup culture Wow factor amazing people amazing culture great vibes interesting tasks always feeling like building something new

      Cons

      I would have to say that it's the work/life balance. If youve seen the "Social Network" movie - than it quite feels like that sometimes, because there are so much things to do and the day just passes in the Roomer place. but it's cool though!
