Progressive company Product solves a real problem Good potential to make impact if liked by CEO Brand recognition in NYC

Can lay off employees without giving any severance or paying out PTO Lack of strong leadership and accountability Weak, wishy-washy culture and lack of commitment Weak current state business model Lack of urgency to prioritize high impact tasks throughout most of co. likely due to weak culture and leadership

It seemed like a nice place to work but the end was a bomb!

Good benefits and salary, laid back culture, very smart engineers, latest technology

Cons

Poor management, product team overloaded, debts on 3rd party services, engineers miss-leaded, no mercy toward employees being laid off, no transparency about future plans
