There’s no good reasons to work here unless you want to be placed on PIPs or get attacked by the Mean Girl Club, you will have to overwork to feel like you can get anywhere, you will have to do things that you are not supposed to do!!!

Cons

The cons are the company, they do not treat their employees fair nor do they treat there tenants fair, this is a horrible company!

Has a great mission statement and there are some who believe in it and buy into it.

Cons

Select leadership, should not be in a leadership role. HR does not recognize Sexual Harassment when it is right in front them. Does not know the meaning of professionalism. Gossip run amuck with Senior SVP. The attitude of a large pool of employees is not a cohesive work environment. The people who really care end up being let go.
