Pros

- Companionship and knowleadge-sharing is at a maximum - Okay work ethic - Clearly laid out carrer paths - Regular upper-management updates about tech word status, and CEO David Jarrett is really transparent.

Cons

Sadly, middle-management seems to be lacking time to manage. They are usually topped up with so many meetings/projects that they have little to no time to tend to individuality, which leads to a stagnant career growth for whomever is supposed to be managed and guided. Quarterly feedback/salary reviews are not at all well carried out, as they sometimes skip them due to external situations, leading to a sense of unappreciation and growth uncertainty.
