      Corporate structure with flexibility in learning. On the ground learning sharp observation and hands on skill set.

      Being on-site isn’t high up on the chain. Sometimes management decisions could make the boots feel under appreciated.

      Roschmann has a unique place in the building envelope market as a provider of unique custom solutions to complex geometric curtain wall designs. I had the privilege of working on challenging projects that tested my skills along side a very knowledgeable and supportive team
