Pros

Management is very in touch with employees. The company has a vision about its directions. The people there are family-oriented and positive. The benefits are pretty good for a smaller company. Two blocks from Jamacia Station, so LIRR, subways, and buses all meet there.

Cons

Processes are little antiquated, but they're really working towards updates.

It’s an older company so old values. Benefits are not that great and the pay is low. Upper management not diverse.

Everything. Management micromanages and does not properly train employees. No path for career growth. Dangerous crime ridden location.
