Understanding that he hires both unqualified and uninsured subcontractors for jobs worth $1 to $2 million each. He tries to hire young, or in need girls for admin positions that should be paid W2 but are labeled 1099. The owner then proceeds to offer them money in exchange to be his girlfriends or get gifts at Victoria Secret among other forms of harassment. .
