Pros
Rose gave you the opportunity to learn a lot about the industry. Management was accessible and helpful to solve issues. They were also generally flexible about hours/vacation so long as the department had coverage. Opportunities to advance were available.
Cons
The industry is demanding and there were not always solutions to make every customer happy. Smaller company so you have to wear many hats.
