      Pros

      The salary isn't too bad.

      Cons

      You are on your feet walking a giant room for 7 1/2 hours. You are not allowed to sit down. If you do, the principal hides the chairs. They don't care if the students learn anything. I am worried about the next generation. The students sit for 5 hours with one 15 minute break. They are supposed to be working but they are watching movies on their phones and no one cares. If you are an actual teacher, this is not the place for you. I wish someone had warned me before I accepted the job

      You'll learn how not to treat your employees by how bad these inbred managers treat their employees (seriously, they're all related).

      Cons

      Working here is the con... it sucks! Management likes to remind you that you're beneath them and not worthy of their respect.
