No clear path for career growth, other companies even have people who are managers now who started just as a Pharmacy Assistant. The planning department who is in charge for the allocation of stocks IS SO OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY IN THE STORE OPERATIONS, they keep sending stocks that are slow moving and limiting the stocks that are actually fast moving even if you specifically requested for specific stocks. The HR is taking months to almost a year for resigned employees to get their last pay!!! The HR delays your backpay for months but if they want something from you they ask for an immediate result. We didn't even get Christmas packages or groceries for all I know. They are too focused on sales, they forget that the people working are actual people, maki nga then work tasks that aren’t in their job description, going outside on the heat to give out pamphlets? Seriously? That’s a job of a pharmacist? Oh the sales aren’t good?? Go pray for another plague! It’s your bad “Expansion department” who have no idea where a new store would perform properly. Jeez glad I left.
