the management have always been supportive and understanding with me. they’re genuinely the best, you build such a strong community here and it makes me so happy that this was my first job. the benefits and discounts are great. it’s an exciting job, and its definitely never boring.
Cons
some guest encounters aren’t as positive as others, this is to be expected with any job that includes guest services.
Free lunch, snacks and drinks. Fun company parties and surprise and delights.
Cons
Extremely unorganized business and it’s never good to work for a company where HR gossips the most. They also hardly ever promote from within and instead keep bringing in new hires with no experience. Pay is not great and they will pay differently for the same role, it’s wild.
