you don't have to dress up for work
Cons
No structure, no goals, no direction. unprofessional staff, no team work and no respect within employees. Upper management only cares about their paycheck. No company culture and there are no reasons to stay at this company.

There are no pros for this review manager favors his own race letting some ppl get away with milking the clock and wasting money on unnecessary overtime
Cons
Raises to those who output less than temporary employees . Temps do most of the work and are never rewarded while horse play and gay acts go on unrecognized . Beef between long existing employees go on further with no resolution . Manager fires those who try to defend themselves by bringing notice to those who take advantage of the company . Everything about this ware house is wrong tools are great but manager and certain employees may not be so great
