Best company I've ever worked for- great culture and people!
Pros
Amazing team filled with diverse, intelligent, caring people who are genuinely passionate about the work they do. They are experts in the field and I learned so much from working with them. Every level of management truly cares about their staff and wants to see their employees succeed. Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Bonuses are also generous. It's a small company so you become a part of a family from the moment you walk in the door. They are growing at a fast pace and continually working to improve. The work is really interesting and there is lots of opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities, hard work is rewarded. Great work/life balance and flexible schedules.
Cons
None- They are working to improve anything that could have used improving when I first started (i.e. more training for new researchers)
