      Cons

      Leadership team sucks poor morale due to failure to take ownership/training seriously. Leadership team including HR are very prejudice to minorities they treat the minorities like they are less than a human being. Plenty of favoritism and politics with HR/Senior Leadership. Lack of urgency and accountability from HR/Leadership teams. I wouldn’t work for this company if my life depended on it
