One of the worst places to work. Think twice before you consider this place to work. Too political and too toxic work culture. When the company started few years ago a group of 1st circle people started and they think they built the entire place and treats others badly Every other person is bad mouthing about each other. Every other person is someone’s girlfriend/In-Law/Spouse/son etc. Your work and ideas goes unnoticed, your suggestions are held against you and smallest of issues are escalated to make you feel bad about yourself. They also make sure you feel bad about yourself. There are few really good people at Lykan who work hard just because they are passionate about the work they do. Huge respect for them.

Huge favouritism going on in the departments, previous experience and background ignored, employees to be 'brain washed' into what the managers want. Major lack of expertise and knowledge in the field. Must be a 'yes-man' to survive.
