This job has given me the experience I need in order to excel in my goals. From day 1, I was automatically qualified into the management training program (MTP). This career is such a breath of fresh air because I came from an office job- working 9-5, in a cube, starting at the computer for hours and droned on like a robot. I would drag my feet everyday for 7 years going into my previous job. This job is not only a career, but it's also fun!! I have a second family now and I truly enjoy coming into "work" everyday! We get to travel to different cities (ie: Chicago, Orlando, Dominican Republic, etc...) to conduct team building and leadership skills at the conferences.

Cons

If I told you this job was easy I would be lying. It takes hard work, dedication, and passion to want to succeed. This job isn't for the faint of heart.

Manipulation to their employees. Nothing but lies. High turnover due to the fact that everyone eventually realizes it is nothing but a pyramid scam.

This is the owner of the company. Thank you for the review. Based off the timing of this review, I know the situation you are referring to. I am sorry you had a negative experience with my company, however the issue I'd like to address is why you are upset with Ross-Brown Management. Your background check took a 3-4 days to complete; longer than you would have liked. Let me explain: We work with some of the biggest clients in the world, we require a background check for all of our employees. All backgrounds are through a secure third party, Sterling. The time it takes for Sterling to complete your background check is dependent solely on your previous background. Sometimes it takes 2 days, sometimes it takes 5 days. How long it takes for Sterling to complete the background check is out of our hands. Again, I apologize for the experience you had with my company and can assure you I will thoroughly explain our background check process to our future employees.
