      Pros

      I enjoyed many of my co-workers and gained a great appreciation of the struggles of the working class. Had a set scheduled and often felt rewarded by customer interactions.

      Cons

      Management focus solely on numbers. The mentality of the company is very much business centered and this was often conflicting with the idea of being a service oriented solution provider.

      Pros

      The position was in my field of expertise. Some worthwhile training.

      Cons

      Bad management, no upward mobility, low pay scales, poor benefits, no creativity in implementation of contracts, unhappy staff. It's a job. Don't stay too long.
