Not much, as I can get gear anywhere, and can travel anyways on my own, so really I have nothing that stands out as a great Pro here. I'd just list more negatives....

Cons

Patriarchal, and arrogant leadership, ready to exploit your value yet undervalue your contributions. The list is long. ...Tops down directives, no support or validation, confusing and confused matrix management that has zero communications between departments, ready to exploit your value of what you are expected to contribute without any support, validation, compensation or even a "good job" pat on the back, or any feedback that isn't negative. If you want to feel like an underpaid commodity that has only more and more tasks to perform, than this is the place for you.

The brand, location, industry and building offices

Cons

Condescending leaders with very little to zero diversity in gender, color, background. Low pay. Lots of OT expected for salaried people. It’s not worth the brand you may love.
