i have been with the company for two years, here is what I can say: - there has been a a lot more focus this year on hiring in engineering and product - there has been more focus on employee growth and development - we are getting serious in terms of fostering and enabling a high performance culture - we are hiring like crazy and seem to attract some great talent Overall we are on a good trajectory and business outlook and strategy foir next 6 months looks positive

I've been with Rosterfy for a year now and can't recommend enough. I feel very supported without ever feeling micro managed, challenged in my role and have a great team around me. Management have also always been very supportive when it comes to mental health and I feel as though I have a great work life balance. The team is growing rapidly which make's it a very exciting time to be apart of the organisation.
