Micro-manage by Management No team work at all- always tell you "I don't know" Yes Boss culture among company from low level to high level Manager does not want to learn new thing, and pretend innocent Business team keep getting tiny project, but publish to outside saying awarded with Big project Hired useless technical consultant only know how to talk non-sense, no value added. Lack of Man power resource for all department, (except Finance and HR)

Feels like you can actually contribute to the company, make your presence known. Good office environment.

Cons

Understaffed in experienced setup technicians, engineers, multiple key roles. Relatively high rate of turnover and cannot commit to deadlines. When issues arise, only a certain amount of people can fix that issue, the individuals are overworked and burnt out.
