      Pros

      This company is totally disorganized, the shop is an absolute pigsty, and they are struggling to hang on. The safety protocols are ignored, workers are placed at risk in order to complete jobs. The owner is absolutely unstable and bipolar. Every OSHA violation in the book is present at this site, but nothing is done to correct it. Pathetic place to work.

      Pros

      This is a small Pump maintenance company that has a shop filled with non English speaking illegal alien mechanics and machinists. They do some quality work despite this fact.

      Cons

      They are very small in company stature, and very pricey when it comes to pump repair, and on site work. They usually have mechanics work in tandem, no matter how small the onsite repair, because only one can speak English.
