      Too much work not enough pay

      Pros

      A lot of good food places around, yearly bonus (if you get along with the family...it's a family run buisness)

      Cons

      4 day work weeks but youre expected to work fridays as well...No women engineers and women run the company??!? Family run company...the production manager is part of the family and no one likes him. If you don't get along with him you might as well leave!

      Personable team, small business, a lot of giveback to its employees, 4 day work week, 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      Long hours with a 4 day work week. Time management/multitasking heavy.

      This is ran by freinds family and a racing team if you want to grow make sure you join their racing teams and dedicate 20 hours for free but its the escaler to your future
