      I’ve been working at Roundstone Insurance for 8 months, and it has been an amazing experience! The company culture is truly something special. Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment. I especially love Roundstone’s CORE values: Live Well, Work Smarter, Own It, and Be Intellectually Curious. These aren’t just words—they’re actively reflected in how we work and grow as a team. One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that values both its people and continuous improvement. I’m proud to be here!

      The company is growing and this creates a lot of opportunity. They work at creating a positive culture and the people are very helpful.

      Cons

      They emphasize Core Values a lot so if someone doesn't hold up those core values, they likely won't enjoy working there.
