Pros

Very flexible work schedules. Very meaningful projects. Every client is unique and offers fun challenges so you don't get burned out on the same thing every day. Management is very responsive to employee needs as long as you voice your concerns. They provide all of the best technology needed to create the level of content for the clientele. You get to work on projects for the biggest companies in the world. Lots of advancement opportunity. Your opinions and ideas are taken seriously. Roundtable encourages personal growth in your field. Everyone is very friendly and its a very diverse group of personalities and knowledge. Health benefits are awesome and the matching 401k is great.

Cons

The company is always pushing the envelope of learning by researching and implementing the latest technological advancements. While this is great for the client and end product, it does put some stress on developers and content creators to continuously learn new procedures, code and hardware. Not necessarily a con, but it can be challenging if you don't like flexing your brain muscles to constantly learn new things. Roundtable is definitely not for people with a poor work ethic. There could be a better system for handling HR complaints. In the last 6 years, I've seen a few people quit and then vent their frustrations afterward. Finding out someone is unhappy with their workload or environment after they leave doesn't help anyone.
