Good IP exposure, good service standard.
Cons
Very political, a lot of discrimination, employees are expected to work overtime everyday and for free, no appreciation, most of the employees are currently depressed and are looking for a job from the bad treatment, your competency will not get you promoted many other consideration will play ( polotical and nationality). The environment is very unhealthy, poeple are aftaid all the time. Employees are not secure.
