      - Working with dedicated race enthusiasts - Biscuits if a Ford team wins?

      Cons

      - Poor management: typical of 2nd gen/trust-fund owners - Verbally abusive and repressive environment; especially from technical director who is rumored to be appointed by Ford - Poor HR environment; lack of concern for reported issues and combative behavior towards employees voicing concerns - Poor culture; 2-tiered system for owner friends vs everyone else - Poor benefits; industry-worst benefits regarding health and PTO

      Pros

      Good amount of vacation time. Does extracurricular activities with food and exercise places.

      Cons

      Management is running the place into the ground. Used to be really good but is getting very difficult to make parts everyday.

      Pros

      Pto is decent. Most employees work well together.

      Cons

      Different standards held across the board, lots of special treatment. No guarantee for annual raises. Only 25% match of 6% contribution to 401k. Medical is run of the mill that doesn’t cover much outside of the basics. The usual “family atmosphere” touting. CEO is great but has a lot of brown nosers that milk their positions.
