      Pros

      Direct coworkers are good people and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Very political place to work. Not in the lab necessarily, but with upper management, and everything roles downhill. Asked multiple times to retest until results that were wanted were obtained. HR was unprofessional and gave confidential exiting interview paperwork to manager who was the reason for leaving.

      Pros

      I'm really fortunate to work with a great crew of people. Staff and HR go out of their way to help us when there is a problem. I hope they never change the schedule, I like the 3 or 4 day work week and overtime.

      Cons

      All companies have their ups and downs, there are a few negative people that the company would be better off with out.
