Great people on my team.

Cons

Like others have said it is a cliquey office culture and some positions here are clearly more rewarding than others. I saw a lot of hard workers get fired here while others coasted. Lots of workplace drama, wouldn't recommend as a long term option.

Collaborative team, ongoing training to learn from each other, not afraid to try new things, and not afraid to disagree but work toward a best practice solution.

Cons

Benefits are pretty basic, hoping for more next benefit cycle.
