Pros

Since my old company was recently acquired by Route Mobile, I have had the opportunity to evaluate the company as an objective third party and have been incredibly impressed with the past journey, future direction, and leadership style of the founders. Some of the salient pros: - Autonomy and freedom to work and make changes for improvement. In my experience, all ideas backed by logic are supported by the CEO & MD and all individual are empowered to affect changes. Individuals have the ability to jump in and take ownership of tasks/projects where they can add value and no one is limited to sticking to their job description. This allows for a LOT of personal and professional growth. - Access to CEO & MD: both individuals are readily available to anyone who needs to approach them for anything and are always willing for Q&As and share their vision for the future. - Value for people: the company spends a lot of time and money on its people and this is one of the core values that is evident in many aspects. From annual 5 day off-sites to Goa for all employees to long term training courses held in office, and multiple social and team-building activities in between, no expense is spared to provide the best possible working environment for all team members. The health insurance policy provided by the company for all employees is about 60% more (in terms of annual coverage) than some of the biggest listed corporations in India. - The company is in the midst of a high growth period, a once in a life of an organization kind of period where everything is dynamic, fast-paced, and action packed. A unique phase which is exciting to be part of.

Cons

- Due to the fast paced nature of the business (last point mentioned in pros) , there are a lot of constant changes which a lot of folks aren’t able to handle and this leads to occasional unnecessary complaining by some of the team members.
