Pros

There is nothing positive about working here. Run away!

Cons

No benefits. Angry, emotionally stunted environment. No breaks allowed, lunch only. No technology being leveraged to engage employees. Expect if you work here to be nothing more than a glorified answering machine, who isn't even worth respecting enough to listen to a customer's first sentence on a call before office admin is breathing down your neck demanding to know what the caller wants. Office environment is basic at best, but the single hand towel in the bathroom for all employees to share was beyond anything I could of imagined. Told to not speak to other employees. If you need to share information with them you are told and forced to print it off and leave it on their desks. Admin runs around micromanaging literally every detail which is beyond insulting. Don't bother asking for clarity or information on the product as you're yelled at they don't have time to teach you. Not a single document, not one available to teach you about the product. No knowledge base, no release notes. Nothing. Expectations that you work ot as they demand with no compensation. No additional compensation for required on call either.
