      RouteSpring has a conducive environment for self-starters and there's lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      It's fast paced environment. One has to remain on their toes to keep up with the frequently changing times - which is exciting, but not for all :)

      Cons

      Naga laksmi is very negative and tried to grow by stepping on others. Should be fired 6 day week with shift changes every week. Health hazard.
