      Pros

      - Great environment to learn - Complete flexibility to implement your ideas - Management is keen to hear about our inputs - No hierarchical boundaries - Full ownership of the product from development to deployment which makes you learn every aspect of taking product to the users.

      Cons

      - Since it is a startup, there is good amount of work. Hence, for some people it could be hectic.

      Pros

      Working at Routofy has actually helped me grow professionally and personally. The team bonding is great with a mix of experienced and young people onboard who are extremely talented and hard working. There is a lot of learning that happens in multiple domains as you get involved in team discussions.

      Cant think of any right now.

      Poor Management but Great in terms of Learning.

      Pros

      Chilled out work environment, completely informal (only due to senior employees working here. Founders aren't that cool enough) Opportunity to work with a few very smart people. Steep Learning Graph. Exposure to new Technologies. Free breakfast and evening snacks.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is disturbed owing to work pressure and unrealistic deadlines. Not for those who want to have an easy life with free flowing money. Zero job security. You may get fired for not working above expectations! Hard to believe but true. Hasn't been a huge success maybe due to poor management. Do not expect to leave early owing to loads to work.
