Pros

Very few pros, decent pay if you don't mind near minimum wage. If you don't have a life outside of work, this would be your place.

Cons

Bonuses are a joke, based off of customer's pay bills. Main office never tells customers policies or technical details for specific jobs. Salesmen oversell jobs - which makes the company lose money on too much chemicals for too big of house/property. Branch manager has no idea what technicians are doing (not doing job, using too much product, lying to customers, etc) Branch manager also has no clue as to laws or policies with chemicals or products and how they are to be used/not to be used. Scheduling and hours are a joke, they make you work 9-10 hours a day, driving all over the place, no planning for gas consumption or wait between jobs. No place if you want a life with your family after hours or on weekends.

Pros

You have a job. That's the only pro.

Cons

There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to get a salary raise. They will constantly tell you to get more license to bump up our take home percentage. You start at 9% when you reach a masters license ( which entails you can start your own buisness) you finally get 20% take home value. That's about 9 licenses you have to take time out of your day to go take in downtown st.paul along with running your overloaded route. They will overwork you and under pay you, then gaslight you about how you're NOT underpaid. They value their property and profits over your life. They will make you go out in white out blizzards and all incliment weather. You as an employee here, are merely another body to throw at the pile. The CEO is fake and will make you feel like he cares, but all he cares about is money and taking out of country vacations. Their money is worth more than your life, family, and outside work life. Your outside work life driving record affects your Christmas bonus and employment. Driver score is more important than techs that do a good job. Doesn't pay enough. Will lie to you at the interview. Management will lie to your face and through a grin to get their way The office personnel uinionised and the CEO has found ways to snake around it with his legal team
