      Good pay, travel to Sweden, good work hours.

      Cons

      Poor work environment, toxic management that needs to be held accountable, lack of transparency and growth opportunity within the company. Glad I left.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good salary, the culture is very entrepreneurial, fun and relaxed. The people that work at Roxtec are very nice, all of them like working there and are dedicated and passionate about their jobs. Senior management in Tulsa is top notch, approachable and humble.

      Cons

      Communication betgween the headquarters and Tulsa is not the best, but it is to be expected since it is a global company, however we get things done no matter what. Communication between inside and outside sales sometimes is also limited.
