      Failures were unacknowledged and unaddressed

      Pros

      There were incredible, resilient, innovative, down to earth, hard-working talents.

      Cons

      Projects were run with unrealistic deadlines, completely unfounded revenue projections, and systematic intellectual abuse of anyone who opposes the CEO's ideas. Failures of projects go unaddressed by management, which took a massive toll on employee's faith in the leadership team.

      The owner will surprise you with gifts and food somewhat frequently.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, Outdated software, lack of team spirit, no concern for how employees are feeling, flaky on tasks that are given, lack of respect(Interrupting employees when speaking).

      Chaos, mismanagement, toxic workplace culture, sinking ship

      Pros

      Easy location in Marietta. Parking is not a challenge.

      Cons

      The family that owns this business is in complete disarray. Decades of mismanagement and bad decisions have resulted in a poorly run business. Employee turnover is very high. Pay is very low, well below the market rate. The owners will expect you to completely fix their company on day one, but will provide no resources or timeframe, and will say NO to any suggestions that you may have. They want different results without any effort on their part. They have no concept of how the world works in 2020. The owners will constantly blame everyone else for their failures. Upper management roles were given based on familial relations, rather than merit, so you have a crew of related, yet unqualified men running this circus!
