Don't waste your time

Pros

None to speak of. Zero.

Cons

It's door-to-door sales. Don't waste your time. It's just another company advertising for "Marketing" people when they really want you go door to door to sell stuff, long hours, plus Saturday. Nope.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. You’re right that marketing roles and door to door sales are not the same, and we regret if expectations were not clearly communicated during the hiring process. Transparency matters to us, and your feedback is being taken seriously. If you’re open to discussing this further, please contact us at hr@royalexecs.com. Warm Regards, Royal Executives

Pros

Good communication, great psychological techniques to get people to work for them.

Cons

It’s a pyramid scheme marketing job, their marketing style is Smart Circle. Do plenty of research, they have teaching styles to make you believe you should stay, and disregard your home life. Of course you can make profit here but the negative aspect of MLM is that you will be working hard to make others rich, while you think you’ll get rich. You can move up the ladder but the pyramid style makes others work for others. You will never truly work for yourself in this “business” market. It is a door to door style job, and you will be trying to get leads. You might as well for the actual company Verizon rather than be a sales agent for a pyramid.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We understand your concerns about our sales model, structure, and how the role was perceived. We do not operate as a pyramid scheme, but we recognize that commission based, door to door sales roles are not the right fit for everyone. We regret if expectations were not clearly communicated. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we welcome further discussion at hr@royalexecs.com. Warm Regards, Royal Executives

Pros

Good teaching. After this job sales is much easier. Easy to get promoted Really nice people

Cons

Scam as far as money is concerned. Promises $720 a week, but pay is purely commission based off getting people to input their social security number on a tablet. Hours.
