-hourly rate -managers may help if your hours are low -employee price on parts and cars -paid training -Christmas parties
Cons
-have to pay for parking down the street or move car every 2 hour -customers cars are parked in building down the street, may have to walk 15-20 minutes after getting keys and work on a car that only pays that -parts department constantly making mistake -no 401k match -no direct deposit -a lot of managers/chain of command -Large number of inexperienced technician -technician cliques -very high employee turnover rate

Pro? If you like to work unorganized and be the first one at work and wait outside in the morning, then this is the job for you

None. Nothing at this company is good. Maybe just the used car manager and some co workers.
