Lack of guidance by supervisors and senior researchers. You should already be an independent reseracher in order to finish your PhD studies on time here. Every one is just out for their own, there is not really a team feeling. Given its location you need to be ok with the fact that your colleagues are also going to be the (perhaps only) people that you hang out with after work.
