Supportive colleagues but toxic environment for Front of House

Wonderful team of colleagues; getting to see performances.

Cons

Front of House is treated disrespectfully by members of the public and fellow employees alike; back of house workers, artists and creatives treat FOH like they're lesser. FOH management and supervisors are very cliquey and play favourites. Visitor experience admin is inefficient. Line managers rarely do one-to-ones; little to no opportunity for career development.
