Pros

Direct sales learning. Know many peoples and cultures

Cons

Bad managment. Misleading job offer. They provide false profits margins. Used flagrantly deceptive tactics to sell, Telling a custumer that their children can die of cancer if you do not use the products of the company. Workdays of 14 to 16 hours, can range to 18 or 20 hours. You have to drive long distances, do not recognize costs of using car and gas. The Manager-Sponsor's no paid commissions on time. Sellers are psychologically abused. Deceive people to come from other countries to work here with them by offering profits that exceed $ 2,000 a week.

Pros

The job is easy and self-explanatory

Cons

Constantly pressured and hovered over to get appointments, would constantly shift my office closer to the supervisor till I was right in front of her desk because they taught I was forging appointments. I don't know if they treated me like this because I was younger than everyone (late teens) when I was working there while everyone was 30+ They want you to shove appointments down people's throat, even though they have their stupid antiquated rules. You can't make an appointment with a married woman unless her husband is there, even if the lady has her own income. This isn't the 1800s almost all customers are Hispanic, and let's be real most work in places like construction where hours are long and don't have the availability to be there with their wives. If you don't want someone else's paycheck to depend on you, even though they are technically your boss then avoid this at all costs
